Art centre undergoes a full makeover!

To your left you can see the brightly-coloured reincarnation of one of our refuge buildings in Bhairahawa which has now become our art centre for trafficking survivors and deaf young people in the region.

 

The makeover was carried out after the students themselves and resident art volunteer Yael Lindenboim settled on the colour scheme.

 

It is hoped the centre will become a regional hub for art training in the area while raising local awareness of the enormous potential of two groups of young people who have all too often been overlooked in Nepal.
