Kumar and the magic of the written word!
Education is an important aspect of what we offer children at our residential refuges. We place no expectations on the children - other than the hope that they will enjoy school and one day appreciate how it could help to improve their lives.
However, whenever one of the children achieves something great through their studies, we want to tell the world about it!
We are thrilled that Kumar from our Godawari refuge is showing a real flair with the written word - in early June he came second in an Inter-School Essay-Writing competition, winning a lovely prize and the certificate which he is proudly displaying to your left.
