TWO MORE TRAFFICKING AGENTS ARRESTED

On 18th February 2007 one of our field workers, Kumar Giri, instigated the arrest of two more child trafficking agents, Tamelseni Pariyar and Deepak Shrestha.

Both agents were picked up by the police in Udayapur District and they are now in custody pending further investigations.

The girls who gave evidence against the two were subjected to death threats and have been taken into our hostel facility for their own safety.
