MOSAIC EXHIBITION

On 25th March 2007, to commemorate the 200th Anniversary of the abolition of the Trans-Atlantic slave trade, EBT opened "The Freedom Exhibition" at the Summit Hotel in Kathmandu.

The exhibition was a great opportunity for us to promote the work of the trust to the local community in Kathmandu, with a private viewing organised for the British Ambassador and key local supporters.

The work was covered in the local media, with an excellent article in the Nepali Times.

During the rest of the week all of our Kathmandu-based children joined Nepalis, Expats and tourists to see their work on display and some even stayed to lunch at the Summit!
